Describe how you started in project management
During my tenure with Aon India, I got the opportunity to work for inhouse and external clients and stakeholders on different projects and that click with me to get more inclined and learn about managing projects.
What has been a project accomplishment or a challenge that you have overcome that you feel most proud of?
Several projects bring different perspectives, experiences, and learning along with setback. A couple of them were projects with multiple issues, language barriers and currency issues were a few of the challenges to name. What works for me was patience, clarity, interpersonal skills, and understanding the client requirements and needs.
What is one fun fact about you?
I love to be a part of the outdoors and team building activities as that brings the talent out of each individual and have a safe and trustworthy environment. The best time with playing with kids when people bring their kids out in the office.
