Describe how you started in project management
My strong organization skills and cross-functional stakeholder coordination in international sales let to a tailored operational associate role. Discovering my passion for project management, I took a course at NYU and received my CAPM certification.
What has been a project accomplishment or a challenge that you have overcome that you feel most proud of?
I am proud of implementing a custom Salesforce system while simultaneously helping establish the Account Management, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Research Ops functions. By providing a single system for all stakeholders to work from, rather than four different systems, I contributed to the company's cohesion despite remote work. Collaborating with all stakeholders was a key to this success.
What is one fun fact about you?
As an avid solo traveler, I witnessed the cherry blossoms in Japan last year and enjoy sharing tips from my experiences abroad.
